Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, nous recherchons un(e) Physician Assistant à 60% pour rejoindre notre cabinet de chirurgie orthopédique spécialisé en arthroplastie de la hanche et du genou, basé à la Clinique Générale-Beaulieu à Genève.

Vos missions :

Participation à la prise en charge clinique des patients en consultation et en hospitalisation
Suivi pré- et postopératoire des patients
Assistance à l’organisation et à la coordination des parcours de soins
Gestion et suivi des tâches administratives médicales
Participation à l’activité opératoire et à l’assistance au bloc opératoire
Collaboration étroite avec le chirurgien, l’équipe soignante et les partenaires médicaux

Profil recherché :

Formation de Physician Assistant ou formation équivalente dans le domaine de la santé
Intérêt marqué pour la chirurgie orthopédique et l’arthroplastie
Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et relationnelles
Autonomie et sens des responsabilités
Adaptabilité et flexibilité
Motivation et volonté d’apprendre
Professionnalisme et discrétion
Maîtrise du français ; l’anglais constitue un atout

As part of the growth of our practice, we are seeking a Physician Assistant (60%) to join our orthopaedic surgery team specializing in hip and knee arthroplasty, based at Clinique Générale-Beaulieu in Geneva.

Responsibilities :

Participate in the clinical management of patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Pre- and postoperative patient follow-up
Assist in the coordination and organization of patient care pathways
Manage and follow up on medical administrative tasks
Participate in surgical activities and provide operating room assistance
Work closely with the surgeon, nursing staff, and healthcare partners

Candidate Profile :

Physician Assistant qualification or equivalent healthcare training
Strong interest in orthopaedic surgery and joint replacement
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Adaptability and flexibility
Highly motivated with a willingness to learn
Professionalism and discretion
Fluency in French; English is an asset
